Date 04.06.2020. in the premises of the Ecological Center “Radulovacki” and Dunav 1245 in Sremski Karlovci, working meetings of the Sectorial Working Groups (SWG) and Focus Working Groups (FWG) were held.

The work began with a preparatory meeting for members of the Sectoral Working Groups. The joint work of SWG and FWG within five sectoral areas continued: Agriculture, Tourism, Infrastructure, Quality of Life and Institutions.

We worked on a swot analysis for the territory of the Partnership/LAG K2, an analysis of the problem was done, a problem tree was made. After the refreshment break, we worked on the analysis of solutions and came up with a list of ideas for solutions with the analysis of advantages and disadvantages. Tentative lists of projects by sectoral areas have been prepared.

Citizens have made a significant contribution to the quality of work in this part of the local rural devevlopment strategy (LRDS) creation process.

The work was completed in the late evening, after which catering was organized for all participants.
